What is a Whole?
A whole (целое/ամբողջ) is something complete and undivided. Think of it as one entire thing:
- One whole pizza
- One whole apple
- One whole hour
- One whole dollar
When we have a whole, we have all of it - nothing is missing!
What is a Part?
A part or fraction (часть, доля/մաս) is a piece of a whole. When we divide a whole into parts, we break it into smaller pieces.
Important: The parts together make up the whole!
